I really cant begin to say how much I’ve been waiting to own a pair of these without droppin mad loot. I dont think these drop for another week. Definitely putting black laces on these.

Our company always strive on supplying ways for people to think outside the box and sometimes when you listen to someone speak it sparks something in your brain. That spark is something that is the result to endless concepts of creativity, innovation and revolution. The ladies of MADE Jewelry put us up on Ruby Veridiano Ching, a creative spoken word artist that just debuted a collection of her poems in a published book dubbed Miss Universe. The book explores her journey through life as an independent and creative woman of ethnicity and the trials and tribulations she encounters during her journey. This book is an outlet for not only females but rather people as a whole. The book could be purchased HERE.

MADE also did a collabo project with Ruby in releasing a limited run of earrings to celebrate the release of the book.

These aren’t just average earrings either, there is a story behind the design aesthetics of creating the final piece. You can check the story and purchase the earrings HERE.

Stay tuned for a major collab Dame Deco is doing with MADE, I really cant say anything now but the ladies will definitely NOT be disappointed.

Back in the summer of 2006 we had the opportunity to meet and talk with the Yancey clan, let alone blessed and honored to do a collabo tee. Its basically what put EK5 back on the map, till this day my tee still stays tucked away in a box. definite collector status.

An additional FYI, that 100 % of the profits for this limited release did in fact go to the Dilla Foundation. Mother Yancey was grateful for our contribution, but we were the ones who were grateful; she blessed us with random stories of her late son and that in itself will forever be priceless to us.
